Thanks Cornish mum, I'm thanking my lucky stars I went into overdrive with overpayments back at the start of the pandemic. Time seems to have flown and although my mortgage wasn't big by any means, it feels great that I don't have to worry about all this economic turmoil plus because of this project, I have the added bonus in being fully trained in frugal living.Became mortgage free 1st March 20230
