Lowell County Court Judgement

I've received what looks like County Court Judgement documents today from Lowell Portfolio 1 Ltd.
The debt they say is from 2012. I have no recollection of it.
I've just purchased a copy of my credit report and it says the initial account was opened in 2008. I wasn't living at this address in 2008 but it doesn't give a previous address for me to determine whether the debt is mine or not.
As a side note - there are some accounts which are also with Lowell which are in dispute as they most definitely aren't mine - they were opened at an address I've never lived at. The electoral role shows where I've lived since that time. However, they remain adamant they are mine and wont back down.
I don't know what to do.
Should I contact Lowell directly asking for proof that this account is mine? Or complete these documents saying I dispute the full amount?
I have 14 days to respond.

Yes. Its all quite messy.
There are a number of debts all from a similar time - around 2008 - 2010.
At this time, I lived in Notts. I had a child and a relationship break up. Was homeless between 2010 - 2011. Then moved to my current address.
There were a couple of debts that would have been from my old address before the break up. However, there were also a number of debts from the same time frame which were from some completely random address and definitely aren't mine.
This particular debt - I have no clue if it will be mine or one of the fraudulent debts as they've only provided my current address and no previous address for me to determine if its mine or not. I was living at my current address in 2012 when the account supposedly defaulted; yet my credit report says the account was opened in 2008 when I wasn't living here then. I have no recollection of transferring a debt with me to this address.
Do I write to Lowell directly asking for details of the address the account was opened with? Or should I not communicate with them at all and just dispute it with these court documents?0 -
