Advice regarding contract rights - or not!

I have worked at Company A for 15 years. In December 2016 I was given responsibility for another team, a team at a sister company, Company B. So I manage a team at company A and a team at company B. My terms and conditions remained unchanged (Company A terms, slight salary increase) and I had a job title change.
Company A colleagues who have the same job title as me have better terms and conditions, they are on a different contract (senior management contract, with higher car allowance, private Heath care, more money etc)
I have signed the contract of employment agreeing to the terms however I am unsure whether they are trying to get away with not paying me correctly or giving me the enhanced terms.
It's a bit of a strange situation. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Nothing strange about this at all. Unless the reason for the difference is based on a protected characteristic, like age or gender, they can pay toy whatever they can get away with! If the are paying got what is in your contract, they are paying you "correctly". If you think that you should be paid more, for whatever reason, that is a matter for got to discuss with the employer.0
