Competition won but prize not arrived

I had an email a couple of months ago stating I had won 2 tickets to see Bananarama in concert. I replied to the email and when I didn't hear anything further I contacted the individual who had notified me of the win enquring when the date would be. I received a reply saying that was still under discussion. This was 6 weeks ago so I contacted them again last week asking for an update and have not had a reply.
Is there anything I can do or do I need to just accept this prize is more than likely not going to materialise?

Tickets are normally picked up from the venue on the date of the concertYes, I know there is no "R" in the word dream in my username - it was setup in memory of my grandson :A0

Tickets are not always picked up from the venue. When I have won tickets , they have been delivered by post or a courier.I am a Senior Ambassador on the Competitions Time Board and the Old Style MoneySaving Board.

Still plenty of time for you to get your tickets yet. Sometimes even when you buy tickets you don't get them until a couple of weeks before the show.
It depends on who you won the tickets from. I've had ticket wins sent through the post, and i've also been on the guestlist too.
I won tickets to see The Who in London (i live in the Midlands) and they sent the tickets out the day before the gig!
Don't give up hope yet

Some promoters leave it quite late before sending out tickets to make it harder for anybody to sell them on.0

Bananarama aren't tour till November so there is still time for you to get your tickets, I have always picked my winning tickets up at box office0
