Registering with Trusted Review dailies

Hello

I'm trying to register with Trusted Review, but its telling me to: 'Please enter a value for Hnum.' I am giving my correct 'Hnum', ie home number.

Any suggestions please?

Same problem. Seems to be highlighting Postcode for me, filled in all fields but won't submit complaining about Hnum.

I was having the same problem, and so were a few others on this thread

but see post 19 - "Try clicking on one of the competitions and use the form on that page to register instead of the main register one" - this eventually worked for me.

Emailed them, got this reply and it worked:

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems with the address finder.

In order to bypass this issue we would like to ask that you use our office address in order to register on the website:

Once you have registered using the address above, please send us a message including the email address you have registered with and your home address so we can update our records.

Just a quick note to say that the tele no. fields are not mandatory. l don't have my number against any of them and I have won occasionally

I had to do that to register, and even though I've been registered a few days I had to do the same to log-in last night.

Haven't done today's yet, so I'll see what happens.
