I feel bad for the guy. He's obviously not financially savvy or he'd have kept his parents' house, dealt with his debts through Step Chsnge, CAP UK or National Debtline and avoided companies like Speedy Property in the first place.
Speedy Property have given this man, and who knows how many other, the financial equivalent of a kick in the nuts and then kept kicking him whilst he was down.

My guess would be that the money is long gone. It appears to have been dispersed through several companies all owned by the same people and Speedy Property's website is down.0
