You may see them in shops where they sell line ends or things which have gone slightly out of date o nearly OOD.

Maybe check your local B&M store, I have seen them in my local one before.
Maybe a solution for you, do you have a Farmfoods nearby as they stock a 250g bag of what looked like similar shapes to Oddities, made by Crawfords and I believe they were £1, just 1 flavour was stocked which is Salt and Vinegar. In a clear bag with a blue band in the middle of the bag saying Salt & Vinegar savouries.
And Im sure something similar was stocked in the local Morrisons, maybe not the Crawfords brand.0
