Sorry, it's been a while since I was last on here, I really should've updated this. Funny because we were talking about this tonight and wondering if we'll ever find out if the bank manager had ticked the PPI box as my husband has always been so sure he had. We've heard nothing from Robinson Way since October 2017 when I last posted in here. The only correspondence we get is the monthly loan statement direct from the bank of Scotland, which is a complete waste of paper as there's nothing on it payment wise.0
