New Bradwell, Old Stratford areas near Milton Keynes

Looking for a 3 bed property - currently live in Stony Stratford (near Milton Keynes) and ideally want to stay here but nothing in budget or coming on the market. Commute from Wolverton to London and Brum. Starting to look slightly further afield - I know Old Stratford is walking distance and so may be my preference but prices are high there too ...New Bradwell I dont' know much about even though it is nearby- although it is near the train station there doesn't seem to be much around there. I would be interested to hear from anyone who lives or has lived in these areas?
