  • Hi Mrs Save.... Our house has a 16 yr mortgage we just moved via l&c (advertised on mse). I will double check the rate although we are fixed for 5 yrs now!

Good luck with your exams. I'm 42yrs old and fell into accounts. I'm still wondering what I want to be when I grow up :rotfl:

I used to do click and collect for T£sco but they've cancelled a Wednesday so had it delivered the last 2 weeks its good in one way as I used to nip into the store and easily spend another £10

  • Lovely day out yesterday and only spent £13! I now have £17 left I know this should go into my Xmas fund but I'm off again tomorrow so want to take DS out again. If I don't use it I will then put it towards my fund. Going food shopping tonight giving A!di another go. I have a £70 budget so will see how this goes....

I don't know lovely, at a guess probably not as they do the skin colour test thing, could be wrong though....

Don't feel too bad at being over budget, it's good to have stock of some things when they are on offer. we buy loo rolls in bulk in groupon etc, it lasts us about 6 months! Although we can barely get on the garage because of it lol.
  • Well today had ups & downs! Had to pick up a gift card from a jewellery shop. Been in there loads of times but today I could have bought every gorgeous thing in there!! I comforted myself with a cake from gr£ggs instead! Friend birthday card usually £3 paid 29p from card factory! Boots gave me a tiny sample of foundation felt smug about that and had a few squirts of perfume while I was there ha ha! Took DS swimming £6.80 (used money from other day). Then I made a regular mistake and went into home bargains!! Damage here was £11.04 could be worse but didn't really NEED any of it. £1.20 gone in change pot for Xmas. In work tomorrow so should be a NSD!!
