Hoping someone can help me with notice period at work!
I've been offered a new job today. I don't have my contract yet and possibly won't for over a week. I have a months notice to give at work.
But I get married on September 9th, then I'm away for my Honeymoon from the 11th to the 27th.
I am stuck with what to do with my notice. I don't want to leave them in the lurch and I would rather give it sooner than later, and I don't have the holidays to use.
I need to finish on the 6th of September as I have the 7th and 8th booked off for pre-wedding things.I know i won't get paid for September this doesn't bother me. But I don't know when to hand my notice in!
Any help is appreciated, I'm finding this more stressful than anything!

Surely if you already have these days booked off they will count within your notice period?0
