Extra Energy will not stop harassing me. Need some advice

OK, here is the short story:
Still, every month I had Extra Energy set debt collectors on me. After lots of back and forth Extra Energy would advise the debt collector to cease as there was a payment plan.
I got tired of this after almost a year and complained to the Ombudsman. They were nice. I got a formal apology from Extra Energy, £75 off the outstanding and a promise they had resolved the issue causing constant collectors.
3 months after that I am still getting them each month although now the threats are worse 'we have recorded this against your credit file', etc.
This is my 3rd complaint to the Ombudsman since the apology but I really need to know this:
Can I threaten Extra Energy with any type of court action for this? I really want them to write off the remainder as I want them to understand that the money being written off is less than it would cost them to make another mistake and send another debt collector after me.
Is that possible?
Thanks
- Was with Extra Energy for a year, although I asked for a bill each month they never billed me.
- Moved house and gave them meter readings, asked for a bill. No bill.
- About 8 months later I got a bill for about £1,000 along with a nice call from someone saying it was payable in 3 day else they would pass to collectors.
- I explained what had happened and negotiated them to 24 months of payments.

I have made those payments every month.

Hi,
Court action is for redress when you have suffered a financial loss as a result of non payment.
You have not suffered a financial loss, there is a mechanizm in place to deal with complaints and bad practice, first you complain to the company concerned, then if your not happy, go to the ombudsman.
That's the route you have to follow unfortunately, I appreciate it's annoying for you, try contacting there MD or even watchdog, there's little else I can suggest.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Bummer. I have been to the Ombudsman 3 times now. Although they've told me several times the remedy is complete this is what I got back this morning...We note your comments and can confirm that the remedy points are legally binding upon Extra Energy.
We acknowledge your frustration at the time it is taking for the remedy to be completed and can assure you we will continue to monitor it.
We will provide you with an update as soon as we have any further information.0
