DMP Question.

Hi,
I'm currently in a DMP with step change paying £305 per month however I have a 3 year old child and I'm living with my parents. Myself and my son are in 1 room and it's becoming an issue due to lack of space so I really need to find a place of our own.
I'm due a review with stepchange and am considering reducing my payment to £100 per month on a £15k debt to enable me to move out. Does anyone have any opinions on whether this would be accepted without the creditors taking me to court? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Sourcrates,
That link doesn't work. Unfortunately, I have more than £50 a month disposable income left after my debt repayments and living expenses so don't feel that it would work.
I also have a car on finance which they could maybe take?
Thank you for the response.0
