I've got a new job at work
they've offered £1500 a year more as a pay rise.
I was expecting more than this - given that its around £120 a month more but after tax much less.
AIBU? Should I ask for more?

Nobody can really advise if you're being unreasonable with so little information to go on. You obviously think the new role is worth more than they do so you need to speak to them to find out why they've valued it at £1500p.a. extra. If you disagree with their reasons you'll need to put a case together for why you think it should be worth more and why you think YOU are worth more than that in that role and put it to them. They might agree and increase, they might not.0
