spam bill going to parliament

Just heard on the news that a bill is to be debated in parliament that means all websites will have to ask your permission to pass your data on ( not just tick to opt out).

Yes I heard that and it is time they got rid of all those deceitful tick boxes and just had one clearly marked 'tick here if you would like more information.'
