Natwest Documents Required

After speaking with a broker last week, Natwest seem to be the best option for mine and my partners mortgage situation (purchasing a new property and keeping her flat as a consent to let). Our broker is on holiday for 2 weeks and I'd like to get all my documents together for his return. Can anyone advise what documents Natwest usually need?

Might have been a good idea to give you a list before he went on holiday.

What you need depends on a number of factors but put aside:

Proof of income, 3 months wages slip and last P60. More if you have bonus income.

    3 months bank statements

    Proof of deposit

    Proof of consent to let

Letter from arla registered agent confirming rental potential of current property.

ID - passports or driving licences

Proof of address - 2 utility bills or credit card statements dated since 1st July
    I am a Mortgage Broker

To be honest, it is only the early stages of the mortgage but I'd like to get everything prepared before hand. Thanks for your list, I will work through it.
