Boots are unable to replace or reimburse the value of your gift card if it’s lost, stolen or damaged – please look after the card carefully and treat just like cash.
Any outstanding balance will remain on your gift card after use, and this amount will appear on your receipt. To add more value or check the balance, take your gift card to a Boots till.
Any remaining value on the gift card will be removed if it is not used for 24 consecutive months.
