    The risk of fire is quite low. I think the market for igloos is cooling despite global warming.

    No,no,no.I have not bought igloos but very smart flats.Very close to the local massage parlour--W---s r us and some very nice(boarded up)ex-council high rise flats.Very easy to let out,all studios and told they will rent for at least £10,000 a month.Can`t go wrong!

    A short while ago Birmingham Midshires were doing 100% of rental yields. IIRC the arrangemant fee was quite high but the deal was .01% over BoE base rate, currently 5.75%.
