Good morning.
I am very new to this and have been using websites such as prize finder and your wonderful forums to enter competitions. I have come across a problem when trying to enter the competitions that require you to watch a video to be then automatically entered.Problem is I watch the video, well I let it play !, but then nothing happens ? This has occurred several times and is very frustrating I am now very bored with the stupid girl on the train !
This is the first I,m sure of lots of questions so any hints tips and advice would be very welcome.

Do you mean on the magazine dailys? When it asks me to watch the video, I leave it open without playing the video on a separate tab on my iPad whilst carrying on entering other competitions, after a couple of minutes when returning to the page it will say 'congratulations you have been entered' without the need to sit and watch.0

Do you use an ad blocker? If so, disable it for the site and try again.
