notice period vs redundancy pay calculation

Could you please clarify my situation for me please.
- worked for the company since 05.2005
- redundancy notice issued to me on 04.2017 with end date in 06.2017 (working my notice) - how long should my statuary notice period be? 11 weeks or 12 weeks?
- redundancy pay received is for 12 weeks ie 1 week per year.

My thinking is that my notice period should be 11 weeks, but redundancy pay should be calculated from the ETD and therefore taking over 12 year barrier and therefore I am entitled to 12 week redundancy pay. Am I right or wrong?
EDIT: I'm 35.

Thank you very much

    11 weeks statutory notice.

12 years service for statutory redundancy(the number of weeks is age dependant)

No. It has no effect on your notice period.

It is simply the number of weeks' pay to which you are entitled which can be affected by age. In your case you are entitled to one week's pay for each year of service, capped at £489/week.
