Thank you for posting about how you all make bars, I've been meaning to give it a go but just haven't got around to it yet.

I've always found large bags of unsalted cashews for a fraction of the cost in the ethnic foods section/supermarket - about £3 when you'd pay that for a tiny packet ordinarily.

I paid £7 for 500g. I'm sure I can get them for less, but I wanted some immediately. They were in the Asian section in a Sainsbobs. I'll remember that for the future, but will try Asian shops near my work as well.
