Does anyone know if i can reclaim a pension when its frozen even when they say i can't get it till im of pensionable age?

You can only get it in 3 circumstances
1) death before retirement
2) retirement
3) terminally ill with less than 12 months to live certified by at least 2 doctors.
The government give you valuable tax relief in return for you locking the money away long term.
That's the deal I'm afraid.0 -
It is a pension - therefore it is not available until pensionable age.
You may however be able to transfer it to another pension scheme.(AKA HRH_MUngo)
