Barclay's current account

Currently, I have two current accounts which earn me approx £19 in reward fees. I have just seen the Barclay's current account which pays £7 (£3 fee so £4 to me) It states that you need two active direct debits per month and £800 paid in.
I have two Natwest savings accounts so If I were to set up a direct debit for each of those, would these qualify as the 2 direct debits?

No, you can't set up DDs to a NatWest savings account.

There are some savings accounts which can be fed by DD, and many (probably too many!) on here use the most popular provider specifically for this purpose - to avoid yet another search hit let's just say it starts with 'T' and ends with 'esco'....

The Post Office also do savings accounts that allow payment by DD. You only need to make it pay £1 a month.
