HMO Mortgage
Hi I have scoured the threads but cant find any advice. I own a small HMO (5beds, 2 floors, 5 student tenants) I would like to remortgage, but I cant seem to find any advice on where to go or who to use.
I am basically using google which is somewhat random.

Your thread would be better placed on the Mortgages & Endowments board although I suspect that the advice there would be to engage an independent mortgage broker.0

thanks for the response, I have experienced brokers before and they can be good and bad, hence i was looking for any kind informal recommendation. Will have a look at them, thanks0
