Does anyone know if First Direct will 'top-up' your loan?

I have an almost paid off loan with First Direct, and looking to top it up so that I can make some home improvements.

Is this a service that First Direct provide? :)

    You apply for a new loan to cover the amount you want for home improvements plus the amount needed to settle the existing loan.
