Tracked item from Amazon hasn't arrived but showing as delivered by Royal mail.

Hi,

An Amazon item I bought hasn't been delivered to me, it had a tracking number which I put into Royal Mail tracking and its showing as delivered, though it says no signature required, no card from Royal Mail through door either.

I take it Amazon have fulfilled their part of contract here and if lost, not with a neighbour, I will probably have to chase it up and get compensation from Royal Mail?

Was it "delivered" today? Make sure you check all your outbuildings and neighbours. Our post keep hiding parcels without pointing out where they've put them.
