LINK Parking scamming residents again

'What's worse is when people are winning in court and then they are still being ticketed.'

LINK SAID ....
'The judge allowed her to submit evidence out of time and did not allow us to respond to the 'new' evidence.
'We are extremely disappointed at the judge's decision at the last hearing hence why it is under review to appeal."

What a joke .... Link has had it's card marked at this court

LINK PARKING ...... YOU HAVE BEEN LINKED :rotfl: STOP SCAMMING

I wonder how many of Link's applications to the DVLA were in breach of the couples' leasehold rights? .

A great comment made on the article.
Well, the judge has seen the lease and sided with them. The building overlords are trying to use some loophole and he rejected that. They've changed the parking system to make them all pay to increase revenue, just like all the other carpark criminals that have sprung up over recently. We can boycott businesses that use these ex-clamping thieves
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
