Wood effect vinyl flooring

I want to replace the laminate flooring I have now but don't want carpets. I only have carpet on the stairs and spare bedroom. The previous owners had the carpets and laminate put in and I don't like it. There is a local flooring shop which supplies and fits this. I'm talking about the premium vinyl like you would see in stores etc. I also hear that stairs can be covered with it in place of carpet. Can anyone advise me with this?. Thank you.

If you mean karndean then yes it is amazing! It's expensive but I have it in my bathroom , I have the wooden flooring pattern and it really does feel and look like solid wooden flooring but it is very high quality vinyl.
Not sure I would want it on stairs though as you would have to pick a pattern that suits stairs which I imagine wouldn't be easy.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know.
