Lost Out On Money On Expired Gift Cards.

Hi all,
I've contacted Oasis in a bid to get my gift cards restored but they insist they only give a 3 month grace after expiry and my cards out of that period.
I replied to them that i felt it that an expiry creates an imbalance in the relationship and causes significant detriment to the shopper where it was not made clear prior to purchase.
Any suggestions about how to go get it reinstated? It's £50.
