The Prize



First Prize is 2 return economy flights from Manchester to San Francisco with Thomas Cook Airlines
The first prize must be taken by 31st March 2018 and booked by 30th September 2017.
The winner would have to cover the costs to/from each airport (to Manchester and from SFO to their accommodation) and all spending money and meals.
Flights are subject to availability at the time of booking
The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be transferred to a package holiday.
The winner must be one of the people who travels on the prize holiday. The prize cannot be transferred
The prize does not include the cost of travel insurance, spending money or any other items or expense not specifically stated within the prize description
The winner and their travelling companions are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport to travel and any necessary visa, and hold the adequate travel insurance
All such costs/expenses will be the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companions.
The prize is subject to Thomas Cook Airlines own booking conditions in addition to these competition terms & conditions
Thomas Cook Airlines reserves the right to ask the winner to book an alternative date dependent on availability
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
There’s no cash or other alternative to the prize, and it must be taken as offered.



Runner up prizes

Each runner up will receive one prize of an American themed hamper selected by the Promoter with a value of approximately £40.
The Promoter will post the Prize to the Winners using Royal Mail services (or similar), the cost of which will be met by the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
There’s no cash or other alternative to the prize, and it must be taken as offered.





Winner announcement & claiming the prize



The winners will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) on the 15th August 2017. If a winner doesn’t respond to the Promoter within two days of being notified, then such winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.



Participants selected as winners agree to provide their name and a postal address within the UK in order to fulfil the prize.



The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.



The winners of the prize draw will be announced on the Sunny Skies blog and on the Promoter’s Facebook and Twitter pages on 15th August 2017.
