Right of First refusal


have not been removed ..


Can someone please confirm what do they serve for and how hard is it to take them out ?

    You would need to ask the HA. Any terms will be specific to your agreement.

    Obviously you can't own more than 100% of your property, so that clause would be irrelevant now.

    Right of first refusal might still apply. Didn't you get any advice from your solicitors about this when you bought or staircased?

    the head lease is the beneficiary and their initial response is terms cannot be changed on lease ..

    Bimo Can you be more specific as to what is on the actual register please as I assume there is more than one protective entry as you refer to 'restrictions' and interests.

    You also added different detail to the Land Registry thread which suggested you had already applied to have it/them removed using an [R]X3 but that had been rejected - is that correct and if so what reason was given?

    The devil is always in the detail and most restrictions can only be removed on application along with supporting evidence. But you also refer in your last post to 'terms cannot be changed on lease' which suggests it's a detail in the lease instead (or as well?)
