Civil service EO recruitment?

Hi, a colleague told me today that there was a current recruitment campaign within the NI civil service for EO grade. I can't find any links to this? Is anyone else aware of any recent recruitment for this grade within NI? Many thanks..

It's not a recruitment campaign, it's a promotion exercise AFAIK: these are only open to serving staff.
The recruitment for EO11 grade was for temporary / contract staff, over a year ago (Have a search - it was mentioned here).0
