Like i stated im looking for tips on the type of questions they may ask in the interview. NOT on advice on how to do the job.0

They will look for how you can relate to people, your listening skills and so on. The job is not about giving advice it's more about guidance. That is a subtle difference. Careers Education, Information and Guidance, CEIG.
They will look at your views on different cultures, disabilities and gender equality.
Not sure what the test might be, it could be a scenario type of situation... here is a scenario, what would you do etc.

Have just googled CEIG and can only find this doc from 2003! But the prnciples will be similar.

Cant advise you on your question sorry, but I do have a question that may be relevant to the job your going for.
How do I train up to be a HGV driver? I do not have a lot of money for private training. Also companies tend to require a few years of driving even after qualifying. How do I get over these hurdles?Sometimes my advice may not be great, but I'm not perfect and I do try my best. Please take this into account.0 -
Hi its hard to give you specific advice as I don't know your industry, but here are some videos with general interview advice :j
