    #moggins,can you tell me if you get a conformation email,when ordering,as i ordered clothes,14th May,no seen or heard a thing yet.......sent email asking,no reply......but it does say up to 10 day or more for delivery...anyone,know normal delivery time......cheers......

    This code wil only work if you are an existing customer - they cracked down on this last year. Even if it shows as working on the website when your goods arrive you will be charged full whack. Sorry to bring bad news but I dont want anyone to get stung (as lots of folks did last year)

    savings girl is right if they didnt send you out the code directly they will send you the goods and deduct the full amount from your card.

    You get these codes with mailings from them so if you want the codes request a catalogue and they will start sending you out codes especially if you dont order straight away..

    and yes all codes can be used on the sales items

    can i just add that i had problems with them applying the code to sale items.when i queried it they said it does not apply to sale items,so jockettuk you were lucky. i'd bought my son some trainers, half price in sale, online, seemed to have been deducted, yet the invoice and statement later said otherwise. wonder if its just hit and miss or maybe they are now just strict with the sale rule.
