Buyers mortgage lender holding up sale - what to do?

We accepted an offer on our house in march, then had to wait for the buyers to get a deposit from the Army which took till July (we werent aware until of this until June when everything went to a standstill we started chasing why there was no more movement and were told they we waiting for deposit).
They finally got the deposit and just before we exchange last week they find out the lender needs more documentation on the solar panels. Why there solictor didnt make sure everything was good to go whilst we waited for deposit we have no idea. We had to go speak to our solar panel installers and get all this documentation and the lenders got this on Monday, yet we are still waiting.
The major issue is we are going to lose the house we are moving too as we are been told they will sell to other buyers as its been too long (i understand exactly where they coming from).
What peoples advice? Should we consider remarketing it? We get the idea the buyers are laid back and not chasing this as not in rush to move.

no we own them outright and sent documentation proving this, theres absolutely no agreement or contract on them.
Think its Halifax, we keep getting told we will hear back tomorrow, tommorrow comes and its then the next day. Grrrr0 -

A new buyer is a long way behind you in the process. More likely they are simply trying to put pressure on all parties to speed matters up. Moving house is a stressful process. You'll get there in the end.
If you remarket your property. Then the chain is likely to collapse.0
