I have been withTalkTalk for over a year .I have an18 month contract .They have put the price up twice, once for the phone line and once for the broadand .

Customer services are not great ,lets say if they could speak English it would help .
I got a decent deal from them .I joined via a cashback website .

I'm not based in Belfast however I've previously been a TalkTalk customer as well as many of the other large internet providers and have generally found TalkTalk to be no better or no worse than any of the others. The speed / reliability of the TalkTalk service has always been good in my experience. The only time I have encountered issues is when changing something e.g. moving house, upgrading a package etc. again however I have experienced similar issues with the others too.

One thing I can advise re: their customer service is to sign up to the TalkTalk members forum (https://community.talktalk.co.uk/). There are UK based support staff on these forums who are much better at resolving issues than the normal call centres
