It was Lowell that told me the account defaulted in 2010, I did have a TSB account pre 1996 but can't recall exactly when and when I last used it.
I have asked Lowell to provide me some form of evidence regarding the debt as at the moment I'm purely going off what they've said in a phone call, I will see what they come back with. I may well apply for the set aside as advised.0
