Just a word of advice for the above... the only way to get through it seems as stated in the discussion thread is to refress the Virgin page till you can enter your details, go through to ShowFilm's more than likely fatal error page and keep refreshing that one too till they let you chose the cinema and enter your name.

Good luck to all! Don't give up and refresh, all cinema are still available, except London at time of posting.
