Are you actually a Times subscriber?
You need to be to access the tickets. You can get trial membership for £1.
They sometimes open tickets to non-subscribers later.

Its too big to fit on an A4 page
try making it smaller
copy and paste onto a word document, then drag the corner in until you can see the terms at the bottom
