Can I make lots of crumble topping and freeze it...?

4oz Flour
2oz Marg/butter
2oz Sugar
This is the standard recipe.
You can now add 4oz of oatmeal to the above, which reduces the fat and sugar ratio.(Healthy option)

Just to mention that for those in a rush, or bone idle like me
, you can get packets of ready-made crumble mix in supermarkets. This is why I wasn't sure of the recipe

There are small packs suitable for one family-sized pud, for about 30-35p, or the Co-op do a large pack that would make about 3 to 4 (12 to 16 servings) for less than £1 last time I looked.
I wouldn't mind betting there are economy versions even cheaper than that.
