Hi all,
Thought Id come set up my diary here! We are in the process of buying our next house and selling our first home!! Our mortgage will be jumping up from £72k to £162k  And to start e are adding 8 years back onto the term of the mortgage. Seems a little backward but needs must as the family is growing!
At present I'm just waiting for the mortgage to be approved.
Our monthly payments will be £586.99 so going to round off to £600 to start.
