Use by Date - Aduki Beans + Brown Lentils

Hi

I have some Aduki beans with use by date Apr 07 and brown lentils use by date May 07

Can I still use them - they look OK ?

Yes, you will be boiling them anyway. I wouldn't expect them all to sprout if you sprout them though.

I use stuff a lot older than that:rotfl:

as long as it's been kept somewhere dry and there's no wee bugs in it, then it should be fine.
