Can't get magazine sites to recognise address/postcode

I've been trying to register on Prima and Woman and Home to do their comps but can't get the registration page to find address and no way to enter manually. I've tried all sorts of combinations and on my phone, tablet and macbook and every time I get this message:

Your address could not be found, please check House Number/Name and Postcode and try again.

Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?

Is the registration site broken?

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.

The address finder on Prima is partially broken at least and I assume it's a common one for them all. (I tried several different correct postcode and title/number combinations with no success but it did pick up made up postcodes even when they were in the correct number/letter format)

Also having the same problem right now, was trying to join the chat comps but with no luck

Thanks for posting. At least I know it is a problem with their sites and not what I am doing.

Let's hope they fix it soon so that we can sign up

I sent the Woman & Home site a message and they replied this morning to say thanks for letting them know and they will get their tech team on to it and to check back later today to see if the address finder is working.

Seems to be fixed now. Worked for me just now.
