Quick question....
At one point do I become liable for interest?
I know the first monthly payment will be higher but will it include interest from date of completetion or from the date the bank release the funds to the conveyancor?

The date when funds are drawn down by solicitor and paid into solicitor's account by lender.I am a mortgage broker.
