hi, sorry, you're too late unfortunately for me to help,
I've recycled mag as the new one is out now for September,
I don't keep the details now of text entry as peeps find it
better to enter online free so it saves me typing
extra details on the op that are not used regularly.
Hopefully someone may still have the details you request
if they've purchased & kept last months mag.
