Help required, regarding First Credit & CCJ
Hi everyone this is my first post on here after somebody recommend using these forums to gain help and advice. Sorry if this is in the wrong place.
I am a self confessed bury head in sand kinda girl. I owe this debt company about £1500 of which i should be paying £50 a month back. Now for reasons ABCD I have not made a payment and they are now threatening County Court Action if i do not pay the balance off in 7 days. There is now way I have this money and it is a big NONO asking my parents as they have bailed me out so many times not through choice but through baliffs at door that I kinda need to do this myself.
Is there anyway I can stop it going to court i really can't have baliffs turning up again.
Any advice very much appreciated or if anyone has been through this please help I can't sleep at night through worry.
forgot to add I have already renogtiated terms once

Call them. Explain you cannot repay in full - will they accept instalments?
If they don't agree, then DO NOT IGNORE the Court papers. When they arrive you will again get the opportunity to repay in instalments.
YOU MUST have a budget which shows what you can afford to repay each month - and YOU MUST stick to the budget so you can pay each month's instalment.
Bailiffs will only be instructed if you fail to stick to the repayment plan that you agree to.
Do you have a budget?Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac

Stay calm, be polite. If they want to tell you off, then keep saying sorry. Remember, you want them to give you another chance so you may need to "grovel" a little
