My partner is on an IVA with most of her debt being owed to natwest - is it advisable or even possible to claim the PPI on the loans she had?
Any advice welcome.

    Hi
It is possible but I also feel sure that Nat West will simply deduct any refund from what it owed to them. I would still advise for her to go for it as it will reduce her overall debt. She may well be out of IVA sooner because of it.

However, I have since seen the light.
