Hiya.
I've received an item through eBay. And I have been sent the wrong size. It was an add on item and I have a biit of a faff finding £20 worth of items that I wanted. I've asked for the correct size to be sent (it's a rotary cutter - and I've already ordered the replacement blades hence being picky)
I've emailed the provider of said item and got a response. The order was fulfilled by Amazon. The provider is now asking I get in touch with them. How do I do this on Amazon on my phone? Who is my contract with?

Would have thought your contract is with the provider, just like it would be on eBay if you had an issue with the item you would contact the seller then if they didnt play ball you would contact eBay.
Findd the sellers pageon Amazon and look for a contact us link or the "Ask a question " button on the page.0 -
I did ask the seller a question directly.
Initially he said he'd help.
Second email response said I needed to speak directly to Amazon. When he'd realised they fulfilled the order.
I can't find a way to ask Amazon directly? I can organise a return but what I really want to do is organise an exchange for the correct item.

Here’s what I would do:
I log into my Amazon account
Scroll down to bottom of page, under the heading ‘Let Us Help You’
Click on ‘Help’
Scroll down the page to ‘Browse Help Topics’
From the list underneath, choose the last item ‘Need More Help?’
From the list to the right, click on ‘Contact Us’
In item 1, ‘What can we help you with?; does it display the item and order you are querying? If not, choose the correct order and item.
In item 2, ‘Tell us more about your issue’, select ‘Other Questions’ from the drop down list
A second drop down list appears, select ‘Something else’.
You’ll now get the option to contact Amazon via Email, Phone or Chat
I’ve used the Chat option a couple of times and found it very useful to get a fast response and resolution to my problem.

They have refunded me for the item - and will let me keep the wrong one. They've even said if I order another from Amazon - they'll refund the postage for the new item.
I'll just wait until I can get to a shop to pick one up. The spare blades haven't arrived yet.
Thank you for the directions of how to get in touch with them. I would have given up long before finding that.
