The only thing on his credit file from this year is the Lowell, there is no mention of any CCJ at all.

The CCJ would be listed in the "public information" section of his file.
Are you sure there's nothing there ?
Have you tried all 3 credit reference agency's ?
Have a look at trust on line, any CCJ should be registered there :

He only has Clear Score, he tried going on Experian but kept getting error messages & they offered to send a credit report via post but nothing has arrived yet.
I'll have a look on the website, do you know how much the charge is for checking this? Surely no company can just issue a CCJ without any claim form (just looking at the FAQ's on the website) he hasn't had any claim form or anything at all from any company regarding any debts at all.2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please0
