Illegal Dumping

Hi All, I live in a residential area that suffers from illegal dumping due partly to certain areas not being maintained by TNI/Council. Today a mattress has been dumped close by - is there anything that can be done about this? Thanks

Actually yes I am very surprised, however concerned that due to the areas unkempt condition it could and will happen again.
